Where Precision
Meets Delivery
I turn messy stakeholder situations into clean, signed-off requirements; and requirements into systems that save hours, not minutes.
I am a Senior Business Analyst based in Lagos with over five years of practitioner experience in fintech, banking, telecoms and process automation. My career has taken me across some of Nigeria's most consequential financial infrastructure; from the GL reconciliation engines at Access Bank to critical digital transformation initiatives in public sector.
At Access Bank I built my foundation on hard metrics; reducing a manual 8-hour reconciliation cycle to 45 minutes through RPA, digitising a ₦365 billion rights issue with zero reconciliation errors, and standardising cross-border payment workflows across 13+ African subsidiaries. Those numbers are not estimates. They are the output of structured requirements work and disciplined stakeholder management.
I am currently a Business Analyst at MTN. At MTN, I work in the Architecture and Engineering Team to drive business analysis initiatives. I hold PSM1 certification and am actively pursuing CBAP.
My proprietary stakeholder alignment system; developed over five years of delivery across Nigerian banking and fintech. Four steps that move every project from ambiguity to committed action.
Surface the Real Problem
Most projects fail because the real problem is buried under its presenting symptom. My first engagement activity is a structured problem-definition session; peeling back assumptions until every stakeholder agrees on what we are actually solving, why it matters, and how we will measure success.
Make Disagreement Productive
Unresolved conflict does not disappear; it migrates to your delivery phase and surfaces as scope creep. I create structured space for competing perspectives to surface during requirements workshops; where resolution is cheap and learning is high.
Drive Shared Understanding
Through facilitated workshops and documented decision logs, I move stakeholders from divergent priorities to a shared, signed-off understanding of scope, priority, and acceptable trade-offs. No verbal agreements; only documented ones.
Accountability, Not Just Agreement
Consensus without accountability is a meeting with no follow-up. I close every phase with RACI-mapped ownership, named sign-off owners, milestone checkpoints, and measurable acceptance criteria tied to business outcomes; not technical completions.
